Junior Subcommittee for the Bottom Canteen.
The NDSA Board would like to form a Junior Subcommittee for the Bottom Canteen. With NDSA Junior members forming and running the Subcommittee for the Bottom Canteen.
This is a Volunteer Subcommittee, and will provide the Juniors, between the ages of 14 – 18 (as of 30 Dec 2019), with the opportunity to gain experience in running a Canteen, handling of money, handling food and drinks, stocktaking, ordering, interacting and liaising with members of the public and softball players of various ages, liaising with the NDSA Canteen Supervisor and other Members of the NDSA Board. At the end of the Summer Competition the NDSA Chairperson will issue a Job Reference for each person on the Junior Subcommittee – Bottom Canteen.
Junior members who wish to Nominate, are to complete the nomination form found on the forms and documents page, and return to Jen Pearson, firstname.lastname@example.org

The UIC’s and deputies would be set up in the Board Room and will have the support of the NDSA Tech Development Director and the NDSA Board. A copy of our updated competition rules will be distributed and a hard copy kept in the board room for easy reference.

NDSA will be conducting a Level 1 scoring assessment on Friday 15 November beginning at 5.30 pm at Stevenson Park softball complex.

* Apply for a Working With Children Check.
MUST BE MINIMUM OF 12 YEARS OF AGE.
Trials for the Hunter Secondary Schools Softball Male and Female teams will take place on Thursday 19th November 2019 at Stevenson Park. If you have a school student who wishes to trial, please have them contact their school sports coordinator for a nomination form.
NDSA will be hosting a pink day on 30th November, 2019.
Members should watch out for the pink socks order forms being sent out shortly to their club. Pink softballs will be available for purchase and he canteen will go pink for the day.
